SUNNYVALE, USA: GSI Technology Inc. announced the 2nd generation 36Mbit SyncBurst and NBT SRAM product line for immediate customer evaluation.
GSI’s GS832xA family includes pipelined, flow through, and NBT Fast SRAMs with speeds up to 400 MHz in TQFP and BGA packages. Both commercial and industrial temperature ranges are offered as standard products.
“This combination of capacity and performance has been a sweet spot for a broad cross-section of our global customer base,” said David Chapman, VP of Marketing and Applications Engineering at GSI Technology. “The shrink to 65nm CMOS gives us vast improvements in speed and power. It’s going to be a big winner for a long time.”
GSI Technology’s 36Mbit SyncBurst and NBT products are ready for customer sampling now. Pricing ranges from $40.00 to $60.00 in 1,000 piece quantities, depending on speed and configuration.
